Welcome
Sacred Heart Recording Studio is located in Duluth, Minnesota,
150 miles north of Minneapolis, inside the Sacred
Heart Music Center. Built in 1894, the beautiful brick
and brown sandstone cathedral stands tall above Duluth and
is replete with stained glass windows, carved marble altar,
wooden balconies and 100-year old, 1493-pipe, Felgemaker
pipe-organ.
 Sacred
Heart is outfitted with a 24 track analog tape machine, along
with a Pro Tools rig and lots of cool vintage and new gear
from the likes of Neumann, Shure, DBX, Summit Audio, Crane
Song and a whole lot more.
Recording
Spaces
There are some truly creative & inspiring spaces to play in. A confessional, choir loft, vestibule, altar, bell tower, and "His and Hers" bathrooms with tile floors, high ceilings and ornate stained-glass windows.
We
record everything; rock and roll, alternative, choral, country,
indie, acoustic, acapella, classical, experimental and naturally
with the unique and unparalleled acoustics -- ambient.
An
assortment of vintage guitar amps by Fender and Matchless,
Hammond
organ with Leslie speaker, 9' Baldwin grand piano and 6' Yamaha
grand piano are all available for your use.

Mixing,
Mastering & Video Stage
Sacred Heart Recording Studio is an ideal location for tracking,
mixing or mastering your next EP or full-length CD. You might
even be so inspired to record and film a video or live concert
